At Empowered, we do not accept insurance as we are considered out of network providers.
This allows us to provide one-on-one care without restrictions from insurance guidelines. However, we do offer other options for reimbursement with super billing.

Super billing allows you to receive highly personalized one-on-one care without restrictions from insurance companies while still giving you the option to seek reimbursement.
Super bills are itemized receipts detailing your physical therapy services. You can submit these superbills to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan and coverage.
